We are a mental health center in the West Hollywood/
Los Angeles area.
We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help our patients to look at ways their thoughts affect their feelings and behaviors. We teach them skills and habits that will benefit their lives and help them to achieve their goals.
We treat difficult conditions such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), phobias, opioid addiction, alcohol and other substance abuse.
If medication is needed, we’ll use it. If one’s goal is to be medication free, we’ll work together toward it at our mutually agreed pace.
Mental health happens when every area of one’s life is in balance. Mental health incorporates financial, physical, and spiritual health. It also requires that one learns the necessary tools to cope with stress and to react appropriately to life’s uncertainties. We’ll explore all these areas together.
